If he has Dwarfism there are alot of things that can be done to help him with his health issues. Medical science has come along way helping people adapt and live perfectly normal lives as dwarves. It will be hard but he has wonderful parents and family that love him. Have faith that Timoth and you will get through this and all will be right in the world. Have faith in the Doctors but always watch them if you don't think the treatments will help refuse it if you find something that will go with it. But just remember, some of the smartest people in the world are Dwarves. Some of the most talented actors too I might add.

well he is proportioned right, like his body and head look like they should and are normal. But he just isnt growing taller or fatter.
