October 24:
Back from Oklacon. That was a fun trip. Met some people from Lafayette. Did some hiking. Ate Goldfish Crackers. Saw a really bad movie, Wyvern. It was officially announced that a really good friend will be one of the Guests of Honor next Oklacon.
I have read that an artist that I watch, Athus, has died in a car accident. I didn't know him personally, but really liked his style. Everything that anyone has said about him has been nothing but positive and inspirational. Wish I could have had a chance to meet him.
October 28:
It's finally fall. I love fall. It gets cool, but not cold, and things get all dark and cloudy and gloomy and run-on sentence.
November 10:
Did a few days of Extra work on Pitch Perfect. This last day I got to see the acopella (sp?) groups perform. I was really getting into it. I think I will definitely be seeing this movie when it comes out.
November 11:
Thinking of what my theme song would be... My character would go out of his way to save insects and the like. Music would be something like a combination of themes from Gummi Bears, Erika's Castle, David the Gnome, Teddy Ruxpn, Denver the Last Dinosaur. Words would probably something like:
Hey kids, get up off the floor.
It's time for an adventure, like none you've had before!
(It's time for insect rescue)
We'll travel through the jungle.
We'll search on the floor.
Until all the bugs are rescued.
Then maybe search for more.
(When a bugs in danger, he's no stranger.)
November 12:
Wanted to call my friend to go do some video stuff this afternoon, but woke up with a sore throat. The weather was perfect for photography too. :(
Found a topographical map of my old neighborhood from pre-1998. One day, I would like to create the old wooded area in 3D that I use to ride my bike in... Have I mentioned before that I freaking hate the current method of creating a neighborhood... Clear-up a forest, then put a bunch of cookie-cutter houses in it. So boring and no wildlife can live there. In my old neighborhood there were still areas of woods and trees all throughout the area with birds and other things living in them. Really wish I would have had a camera at the time.
Finished watching the film Dark Star. I am going to give this film five stars on Netflix. Gotta love a beach ball alien.

I really don't like it how I just can't seem to move in dreams some times.

I think I might have reached the point in my sickness where I am not getting any worse.

Finally think I'm starting to get a bit better.. and good thing, as I have to leave for Chicago tomorrow.

About to pack for my trip. Still don't know if I want to bring my camera or not. Not having a room at the con would make it difficult to store my camera when I don't need it.
At my sister's. Plane trip was good. Watching The Gummi Bears right now. There is a cute little dragon in this episode!
November 18:
The Gummi Bears episode 'Light make Right' made me really sad. It's as if someone dangled a fish in front of me then when I was about to grap it, took it away. There could have been so many more Gummies.
Saw Puss in Boots. It was better then I expected. My only major complaint is that there was dancing to a popular song in the end just like the the Shrek movies.
