January 19:
Had a dream that an old Chinese man showed me how to fold paper a certain way that it became a small kite. But if held in the right way and with enough wind, could lift someone up to almost 10,000 feet.
January 23:
School is underway again. Looks like my TV classes will be easy, and my Intro to Humanities class will be easy. My theater and Intro to Writing for the Media class might be more work, but I should be able to figure out how to spread the work load out evenly.
January 27:
Had a dream where I forgot my school schedule while heading between classes. That sort of thing happened to me a lot during high school as the school had a design that was very confusing to me.
February 12:
The more I browse FA, the more I realize just how bad some people don't understand anatomy.
February 17:
Infinite scrolling seems to be the fad these days. I am not a fan of it. After a while of scrolling down... one can lose track of where they are and how many more "pages" of information there are.
Currently working on a test painting using watercolors for a class. This is the first time that I'm using water colors, but I just can't afford to buy good quality acrylic paint right now. Craft paint won't cut it can I all ready had the watercolor from a project I did back at my previous college.
February 23:
Watercolor painting is slowly coming along. Have to wait a long time between each layer to dry.
I need to do a film thing for a class, but its been raining outside almost every day... I need the ground dry to do it.
I had a dream that season 4 of MLP-FiM premiered today. Spike was now orange and huge, and Twilight was now the size of a horse.
February 25:
I think I've figured out what I'm going to do for the first film project for class. The assignment is about what we do in our free time. I'm going to show that I explore the local park for bugs in my free time. If only it would stop raining.
February 28:
Showed my painting to class. Had to make-up some reason why I chose the image I did. I could have just said 'because I had to' but I would have failed. Got an A on it though.
March 01:
Filming the "ME" project today. It's going to be difficult as I can't delete footage. I am going to carefully plan where I am at the start and stop of each shot. I have an IR remote to start/stop video, but it only works from certain angles, and only up to 5 feet.
March 03:
Still needed to do two final shots for the "ME" project. My friend invited me to go with him to downtown so I asked him to start/stop the video for me as I wanted a me walking away shot. I experienced a hardware problem for the two shots so I did end up deleting the bad takes, and the takes were shorter than I wanted, but it's not my fault I was experiencing the issue.
Thinking about the next projects that I have to do for class. I think for my next video project I'm going to make a fake creature rescue show. I found out that the photo project for my Humanities class has to have some kind of story too it. I'm going to just make something up as that is not how I work.
March 05:
My 'Me' project went well. I think I heard the teacher say that everyone passed.
March 15:
I've started filming my final project for my field production class. I'm trying to make it as subtly humorous as possible.
