So, Year of the Ox:
  • According to the Chinese Zodiac, the Year of 2009 is the Year of the Ox. The Ox, or the Buffalo sign symbolizes prosperity through fortitude and hard work.

I always buy Christmas presents at the after Christmas sales.. used to drive John crazy planning that far in advance.. then he started being the one PAYING for these things.. lol. Now, he thanks me and even calls me when one of his clients is having a super crazy sale.

Even so, our food spending got out of control last year. Now, we write down EVERY food purchase dining out and every grocery bill. We cut our eating out expense in half.. which has been really hard. Especially when cravings hit.. ;) but it can be done! Good Luck!
