You seem kind of heated about this. I'm glad to hear that whoever it was that hurt you can't anymore. Did they even hurt you? It's so hard to get on with our lives. So many people hang on to the past because they don't want to face the present. You're right, they're scared.

I must say I can'r agree with you more. Move out and away from all my comfort areas was the best thing I ever did for myself, althought it was also the most painful thing, I have learned so much about myself and my place in the world, I wouldn't trade it for anything..
