It's Kim Jaejoong (or Hero Jaejoong, which is his stage name) a member of Dong Bang Shin Ki, a korean boy band (or TVXQ...in the rest of Asia. Confusing.). My friend has brainwashed me with them.

This is also him. They like to change hair a lot.
