I am in Berkeley. Graduate school is winding down. Life is scary, now that I'm soon to be no longer a student. If you're right across the bay, we should meet up some time!

Oh yes, still here. I really treasure the odd morsels of life from far-flung friends and acquaintances that wash up on my shore of these here internets from time to time. Being myself in an extended thesis-izing phase of my already distinctly extended grad school career, I've had precious little of my own to dispatch this past year. Next year is likely to be more engaging, though.

i'm currently in south dakota (SOUTH FUCKING DAKOTA) working on a phd in biochemistry.

i'm super psyched that you're gonna be in chicago again soon. i keep fantasizing about running away from school and visiting people who live in other bits of the midwest (jessie and nik are in minneapolis, danny's in chicago, you're gonna be in chicago ... )
