Don't like those energy drinks. Overall, not all that healthy for you. Just personal opinion. Then again, I've been relying on lots of water and/or electrolyte drinks. Plus, high fiber bars, and energy bars proven to burn fat.
Try to go for a brief walk if you can at work. if I need to wake up, I just walk around the dungeon.
