Yeah, OKC is a really mixed bag. Some cool people, some blah people, and some goddamn creepsters. A surprisingly large number of men will send a demanding "Let's go on a date, call me" first-email which they perhaps thought sounded confident, but really just makes them sound creepy and entitled.

I guess for every nine girls it doesn't work on, there's gotta be one for whom it works.

Which makes me sad. (at least learn how to use proper punctuation you are thirty six!)

I've never gotten the "let's go on a date, call me" that Mel Till has, but I've gotten plenty of overly persistent guys, or those fun messages from 45-year-olds that subtly suggest I might be ageist if I don't reply, or those just slightly creepy ones. But I've also made some friends.
