On Tuesday, Jon Hettrick, the wonderful Director of Alumni of Warren Wilson College, was asked to leave the Warren Wilson community. I am in utter shock as to why he'd be let go. Warren Wilson will definatly be different without him there.

If I had to hazard a guess, it's probably stealing or money laundering. Since he worked in Alumni Development he likely did a lot of fundraising. The faculty and staff at WWC do not get let go that suddenly without a damn good reason. Especially since he's also an alum of the college.

I personally never cared for the man, but I know he was well liked.
