I have now seen the Eternal City, a quick hop-on hop-off tour which actually lasted about four hours and it was amazing.
But I should backtrack here.
I am on a 40 day trip which includes 11 days in Italy (primarily Rome with the Supernatural Jibcon taking three days), 8 days in Ireland and the balance of the time in England.

Great to see this report from you. ♥
(Quick question, figuring you'll see this sooner than an email ... where you haven't indicated a hotel on your itinerary, that means you're in the same place for multiple days, yes? Presuming that's correct, you're certainly doing it right by not moving around so much. There's only the one that you're unsure of on the Ireland leg of your trip, correct?)
HAVE A BLAST!
I will be thinking of Rome longingly while I move eldest back home tomorrow. *iz jealous*

Rome is so incredible!!! So very old. It's humbling. You have to see it! Put that on your bucket list!
Today was great but I think I'm too Canadian for these crowds. Lots of pushing, shoving and line crashing at the con with nary an 'excuse me.' Lol! Personal space holds a different meanings. Nevertheless, it was a fun day of panels & autographs (more queues,)
So my itinerary... Yes, staying for multiple days if I haven't indicated a hotel, it's the one above. Also the 4th & 5th are the Hilton Dublin and the 6th onward should be moved down one day with the question mark one being the one prior to the question mark. Don't know if that makes sense. Sleep deprivation.

OMG I would need much alcohol to prevent me freaking out on people's heads. *stabbity*
Makes perfect sense. :)
Enjoy & try to get some sleep/rest. *hugs*
