so i found out that the "hissing" Moe is making is actually him beagging to be fed! What a brat! lol.
Since he's still a baby, he is always hungry like actual babies are. He can't cry obviously, so he whines instead! Were trying to resist the urge to feed him when he's doing that because then he never stop!
