Whole Earth, Picnic Day, and June Graduation. Those are the main killers.

Though Student Move-in gets an honorable mention.

And I have a feeling the Jr. Olympics is going to be crazy as sin, as we've been booked since December.

lemme guess, you also get a ton of calls asking if you still have rooms, despite the fact that you are most deffinetly booked?

And dozens of walk'ins that are shocked that we're booked. Just like the last 4 hotels they went to :b.

The thing that suprises me is there are more walk ins than calls.
