Yesterday Randi, Jason and myself decided to take up running at night. I discovered that I'm in a lot better shape than I thought. Though I felt a bit of a drag in my legs, not fatiuge so much as lack of energy. Considering how I slept last night I think my blood sugar is effecting me a bit. Okay more than a bit.
