Hi peeps.
just to remind everyone to take care while they are out and about in this weathe. Not so much the snow and cold but the ice is what can catch you out.
Seniorsis who is oh-so-careful in general, slipped on a patch of invisible ice just outside her house and has broken her arm.

Thank you. It's going to take some time and apparently these days they dont put you in plaster and immobilise things. She has to do exercises 3 times a day that involve swinging the arm about like a pendulum to stop it from growing extra bone as it heals. Sounds horrendously painful to me, but she is being pretty cheerful about it.
