Is the translation bad or is the original script bad?

Japanese fan bashes Dragon Age 2 localization.

How can he proclaim that the Dragon Age 2 localization is childish if he hasn't compared it with the original script(maybe he has, but I doubt it). Maybe the original English script was childish to begin with -- From the tone of his criticism, it sounds like he hasn't even considered that possibility.

Of all the various problems associated with Dragon Age II (English release), childish dialogues isn't one of them. I think it's quite at par with what Origins had. What a weird flaw to pick on, if it's really a flaw.

I suppose Bioware fixed the more pressing issues with the game for its JP release then. How lucky.
