And the overgrown gardens were just part of the mess. The security spells were faint and weak. Draco didn't even have to do countercharms for him and Mia to pass through the gates. Just inside the doors, there was dust and cobwebs everywhere

"Strange they would just leave it," she says. "I mean, your world makes use of cleaning spells more than my world does."

Mia stretches her arms out and cracks her knuckles.

"Well, darling, you do what you can with your spells and I'll give it that supposedly-sought-after woman's touch."

"Probably because they didn't care. See it as only a place for Death Eaters." Draco then started zapping the dust, and beginning some cleaning spells.

Mia ties her hair back and starts cleaning where-ever Draco isn't.

"It's all right. We'll make this place a home again, a place your parents will want to live."

"I'll give you a proper tour once we've straightened up," He then focused more on cleaning. And the conversation turned only to point out which rooms needed to be covered still, and what spots were missed. Slowly the Manor was looking more in keeping with how it used to be as Draco's boyhood home.
