Mia unclasped her cloak and hung it on a chair by a desk. Her hands were otherwise empty, as she left her book in her room in Vane. Sitting on the desk, though, was the bouquet of flowers Draco had given to her before. She paused a moment to admire them.

All the way across the room from Draco.

Well, that's not very fair or nice, was it?

He started to walk toward her.

"You really like them?" he asked hopefully. "More than the roses right?"

"I like them more than the roses because I got them from you in person."

Her smile is pretty innocent.
