At around 11PM-ish, I heard a lot of chatting and partying on the 2nd floor, in the breezeway. It didn't bother me at first, but then after 1AM, it was starting to get irritating/annoying. I hate when that happens. I used to have a guy like that living down the street from me. He played music loud enough to rattle the windows on my house. My dad called the police, and the guys stopped playing music just long enough for the cops to go away, then started back up worse than ever. And ever since then they were pissed off at my dad and would drive by the house and blast the loud music. It seems that sometimes all cops do is write reports.
