Open world stealth never felt so broken...

Hype is a dangerous thing. Like a plague, its infectious attachment spreads like wildfire, and while something good CAN come out in the end of it all, it's awfully rare... and we, the gamers, often suffer because of it.

"You guys originally advertised this as a game of sneaky tactics. I expected a weaponless, suspenseful action/adventure along the lines of a good mix of Assassin's Creed and Metal Gear Solid. I wanted to play a game where I could go all the way through undetected, without harming a soul if I wanted to"I never got that vibe from the E3 trailers that involved Parkour, shooting, police cars getting smashed up and train surfing. Actually, I should've broadened my explanation there. I know they showed off all the parkour/shooting bits, but the way they had some of the stealth presented, I honestly believed there would have been a choice in the matter.

I wanted something completely different from just another "kill everyone" sandbox game. I expected to have the option to remain invisible and undetected. The stuff you're able to do teases so much of that. I loved sneaking around buildings, and trying to find my way through without alerting anyone.

But again, that's why I gave it the "average" stamp. It has great qualities, but it's too muddled by everything else.
