Webster's 2007 Word of the Year is: w00t

W00t!(?) I'm surprised that this year's word is 'w00t,' honestly. My undying love for Stephen Colbert makes me take 'w00t' as a step down from Webster's 2006 Word of the Year:'truthiness.'

Oh my gosh! Torchwood season 2 in January?! I didn't realize it was so close. That makes me excited.

XD It's overrated, and centuries from now, students'll be taking a course on old-American-English and 'wtf'ing over 'w00t' versus 'wh00t' versus 'woot.' And we shall be thought of as weird. :D

xD I think they'll be 'wtf'ing over the whole 'w00t' being the word of the year thing in general, much less the differences in spellings.
