I still introduce myself as Johnny's wife. I am not sure how many meetings it takes for me to be memorable on my own and not as an attachment to Johnny. Five or six, maybe? That might be a little low.

tall glass of milk, saltines with peanut butter and fresh strawberries. I like when I know what I want for breakfast and it actually tastes as good as I want it to. The not so good thing? I am supposed to take my thyroid meds on an empty stomach with water and no calcium within a few hours. I will take it in a bit.

going to bed now. accidentally stayed up all night. then tweaked my hip an hour ago. party progress continues.

Both Johnny and I had a rough start to our day today. His day was rougher than mine by far. Stephan and Kathy had impeccable timing in an offer to have us out for dinner and drinks. I figured out how to fold the Peter Pan hats. Yay! Now I just need head measurements and to figure out how to adjust for head size.

since i don't know how long it is going to last, let me say that i am indeed grateful for the break in the weather. i normally sleep with four handmade quilts on my bed, even in the summer. the kids absconded with two of them today. i usually arrange my blankets before bed. i didn't last night ( Read more... )
