[ It's only been a day since the draftees left and it's... kind of eerie being alone in an apartment that's usually pretty loud. He'd usually hang out with Masaomi or Frey but both of them are gone, leaving him with no one to really hang out with and not wanting to stay in the house.

[Selphie's wandering over to the Restaurant for something to eat so when she enters and spots Mikado. She wanders over to his table and sits across from him with a friendly smile.]

[ well. it's a sunday, which means that shuri will be dutifully ducking out of the house to find somewhere else to eat. cooking isn't his cup of tea. though, he'd managed to make one of those successfully not too long ago! somehow.

at any rate, he'll be stepping in with the intent to order something big and expensive. and. get about halfway to the counter before he notices mikado. ]

[ Well, Mikado doesn't see Shuri step in he's immune to your sparkles now. He's leaning intently over his work, and has the outside world pretty much completely blocked out.

Duke walks into the restaurant and sits down. He might be there to eat, or he might be there to just stare at the walls. Which is what he seems to be doing until he glances over at Mikado. Then Mikado's books. ]

[ The feel of a stare coming from an lady-man is really, really hard to ignore. So Mikado glances up and spots Duke. He stares a bit in confusion before going back to studying. ...Yeah, this isn't strange at all. Hopefully that guy doesn't impale him with that sword or something. ]
