After not hearing from him for a week he calls... We get on the topic of Sat night... I tell him that me and Angie went out to celebrate my birthday... Does the asshole even bother to say 'ohh baby I am so sorry I forgot, but happy late birthday?!?!?!?!'.... HELL FUCKING NO

sometimes i don't think men appreciate birthdays the way women do. of course, even if they don't, they should pretend to show interest to keep us in their good graces.

I know birthdays and holidays do not always mean the same things to them as to us... Its just really hard to accept sometimes... Specially when such a fuss is made over them... I didnt expect anything... I never expect anything material ya know... Just the words would be nice though...
Like the saying goes 'Its the thought that counts'... I didnt even get a thought and that hurts...
