So you may be wondering why after making an excited post about having a laptop that allows me to get online whenever I want, I haven't really been online much. Well, that's because I spent most of the last week in incredible pain, which probably wasn't caused by but may or may not have been exacerbated by a nasty fall I had on Christmas morning

Ow. I'm glad you're doing better! Still, that stinks. It sometimes seems like we too have a tradition where someone has to get sick or something on or around a major holiday. :P Now you've gotten your share out of the way. It's someone else's turn to do it next year.

Haha, well it's three years straight for me so far, but I'm feeling much better now, so I guess it's fine. Thank you, though!

I'm honestly not sure. I woke up Christmas morning and realized that everyone else was up, so I hopped out of bed. The I remembered that I had a present still in the room, so I went to grab it and started falling. I can't explain what all happened then, just that it ended with me falling over on the bed to avoid falling on the floor, but hitting several things including the bedpost on the way down.
My sister said it sounded from downstairs like her heavy dresser had fallen over, that was how loud it was. I panicked the whole family apparently, and got several large bruises out of the mess. Haha. Not the best start to Christmas, I suppose.

Thanks! That was not a fun experience. I hope to never feel that bad again. Ugh. Luckily, it didn't last long. ^_^;
