I'm about to try something which may or may not work out well, but which should make a couple of members of my household happy.

Bleh, I got to spend my last long weekend mostly sick. I did go out and do my last 2 student interviews this afternoon but I finished those up and headed straight back home so I could veg and nap some more. Well today was interesting. I'm cleaning up prior to my trip up north and what did I find?

The outside sensor for my digital thermometer/atomic clock and my old brass rat. What do these two things have in common? I've already bought replacements for both. Grumble grumble grumble.

It looks like I'm finally going to start doing interviews for prospective MIT students. I'd volunteered to do it years ago, back in El Paso, but I never heard back about it until (of course) this past spring when I was out here.
