Love is a Many Splendoured Thing

I might possibly have completed a profile thing on eHarmony, but I'm buggered if I'm paying however much extortionate amount they ask per month that they don't mention until you reach the last page so technically I might be internet dating without my actually knowing about it.

Do not do eHarmony!

Never mind the fact that their entire goal is to try to hook non-believers up with Christians who will convert them, they also send a large majority of their profits to groups that work to ban abortion and female contraception in the United States.

Also, many of their profiles are fake - and it is their policy to send fake profiles/responses to people who have yet to sign up in order to get them to fork over money.

Excellent, head-fuck merchants. I'd love to get hooked up with a Christian, that would be Big Fun. HEH.

Don't worry, they won't get a penny out of me, I am way too miserly.

If you tell them you are gay they try to hook you up with girls who are interested in converting gay men to pussy and if you say you are lesbian they try to hook you up with dudes who think they can convert you to the power of the cock.

But dude I am not tragic lonely and hopeless, so none of that will work on me. I like the sound of men who believe in the power of the cock though... So maybe I should claim I'm gay?

It's not the sad dweebiness, that's quite endearing, it's the fact that having fucked endless amounts of compscis none has yet turned into a workable relationship - I think I should try a different genre. If at first you don't succeed, change the game.

Go to OKCupid instead. It's a free site with tons of people using it. I have known a few people that have met someone over that site.

The ex is using OKCupid, it's too close for comfort. Cheers for the advice though, maybe HE'll find someone!

How big is the company? Above a certain size and the chance that the CEO knows much about technology actually falls off pretty rapidly :-)
