I agree with your issues about Natal, all I see are all the problems and limitations of such a system. For example I don't see your average gamer being able to execute a windmill kick or several. (at least without severe injury or household damages lol) Also something like Halo, there is a reason you have eight buttons, are there going to be enough unique "gestures" to accommodate all of them? Or what about games like RPGs, using menus and text... you just... flit your hand around?
Presumably they will still allow for pads to be used.

I just looked up videos on Sony's Wand thing (as I didn't actually watch E3) and... as quite a notorious Sony hater :P I was pretty impressed by it, though it looked a little... weird, big pink ball on the end?
I liked the archery demo they had, unsurprisingly lol
God.. see if I end up buying a Playstation at last :P Never hear the end of it.

The other issue comes with attempting to duplicate complex controls with just your body. How do you fire a gun accurately using just your fingers? A Steering Wheel is fair enough, but anything that requires fingers to operate is a definate no.
