When the 6th percentile is allowed to be marked as "average," you know something is up. : \

If by "middle 40%" they meant 40th percentile to 59th percentile that would make more sense, but then there is a huge gap between #1 and #2.

Yeah, I was looking at all of the percentiles in the initial scale being back to back, but that wouldn't really make sense... no matter how you look at it, something's really off there.
