I told Skyeler earlier this year that I don't make New Year's Resolutions--and I stick by that, however, I do make goals. I think the business I'm in has really framed my mind to set goals and do whatevver it takes to achieve them. I like to set attainable goals so I can implement an action plan to reach these goals. Up until now I have not set any
