BBC: Israeli forces shelled a house in the Gaza Strip which they had moved around 110 Palestinians into 24 hours earlier, the UN quotes witnesses as saying.

you know, I'm not 100% sure, but I've been reading/listening-to the news lately and haven't seen anything from obama concerning this war. Am I off the mark or is he avoiding this?

I think he's waiting till he's in office to address so as not to piss anyone off before he's president. Cuz no matter what he says, he'll piss some people off.

well, if that is the case its not good enough for me. That'd be some major bullshit right there. maybe the status quo, but none-the-less. bullshit.

I kind of agree, but I also think that he realizes no matter what he says, it's going to be incredibly divisive. There's also the strong likelihood that a lot of this shit will stop once he's in office, since Israel more-or-less said they wanted to accomplish their goals for this offensive before Bush leaves office.
