For someone who dislikes passing judgement on others, have you ever sat down and thought about how often you do?
In your equasion in which you decide some are failures, you leave out one of the biggest earmarks of success - happyness.
Are your father, brother, and mother (to greater and lesser degrees) happy in their life and in the choices they've made?
Are you happy now with the choices you've made in yours?
Apathy is a terrible thing to mind, but if you are content with the success you've acheived than you are better off than some.
(And am I really the nympho you paint me as, or is that my convienant trigger you use to keep me at bay and a deeper, more meaningful (plutonic!) connection from developing?)
Greg, in your heart of hearts, if you allowed yourself to aknowledge it - you know all of this is bosh. You're not fucked up; you're human. And coming to terms with that is the scariest thing of all, and the hardest thing to be successful at.
Your multiple moody self-psychoanalitic posts seem to point to you trying to paint yourself as experaincing the human condition in some novel, unique or fucked up way

Money... what I desperately need at the moment ^^;
But yeah, is it just me or do you start every journal entry with "I haven't posted in awhile" or something similar, hehee.
Best of luck to you, of course :)

it's really not healthy for someone your age to be thinking so much.
