Regional Villainy

This is a bit from a discusion on a message board of mine where a British friend was begrudging the fact that often in the cinema the villains are British, but I looked at it in a more possitive light:

Is it wrong that I'd love to see the NASCAR shirt wearing guy threatening James Bond, just *once*?
