Heeeee! GENIUS! I'd seen/heard The Elements Song, but that last one is fantastic! And SCIENTISTS FOR BETTER PCR just cracks me up. And lol, the second one is hilarious (and let's face it, that scientist girl is day-dreaming about the hot new automated pipette, rather than the lab partners, cause everything else would just be wrong).
greetings oh most beloved, i have tarried over-long among the faerie and return to find myself sadly behind in communications. it sounds like you have been quite busy, i think that june just had that kind of mojo. i'm surprised i didn't pick up on the psychic vibrations of you entering my fair land of residence. maybe someday there will be a conference in vancouver you could attend! (me, there are no conferences i'm cool enough or legit enough to attend.) anyway, i just wanted to say hello. i'm glad that you're updating more now too -- i shall endeavour to post more often.
My darling, my love!drakien69August 3 2008, 17:31:19 UTC
My fluttering heart sped up as I read your delightful prose. I feel complete basking in the warmth of your correspondence! Sooo good to hear from you. I agree, June was that sort of month...and July, and August isn't looking promising either. *sigh* I'll never win, I swear. I shall pray every night for a meeting in Vancouver, and you will be the FIRST person I contact when the site is confirmed. Maybe, one day, I'll be rich enough to schedule my OWN meeting in Vancouver, eh? Yes, trying to keep up with the updates...we'll see how the valiant attempt holds up. Moonbeam of happiness, I shall speak to thee anon, and hold thoughts of you clutched tight to my breast!
