Yes, yes...well, finally something happened so astounding and life-changing that I just have to shout it from the rooftops!!

MacGyver is finally being released on DVD in January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can finally throw away the two boxes of abused and old VHS tapes from when I taped every episode as a young child! My life is now complete!

Ah but did you get all the highlander dvds? Otherwise you'll have to keep that vcr around a bit longer.

So far the only thing I watch with any frequency on vhs that I haven't gotten on DVD is 'arena' - a really cheesy sci fi movie from long long ago. I've even managed to get shock treatment on dvd - yay!

Oh and just an interesting note, Sideshow Weta (the people that make the incredible LotR stuff I've been buying) will be offering Highlander stuff in 2005, Connor and Duncan and who knows what else. It was in their latest promo catalog as 'coming in 2005'.
