Cool - I first thought it was about Chanterelle-Anne, but it gained so much depth when I saw it was Buffy.

Thank you. Though this was short, I had fun playing with identity here. It's Buffy, but she's trying so hard to be someone else that the narrative calls her Anne until the memories of Angel swamp her mind.
