Oh! Damn! I thought the world wasn't going to end...you fooled me. :)

Of course Angel would come to find Buffy if the world was ending. I hadn't given it much thought, not realising that the voice of Doom was heard across the world. *duh!*

Always nice to know that I fooled someone. :) I did briefly entertain the thought of writing it as one, big cosmic joke played by the bored Powers to see what mortals did when given an end-date, but decided the world actually ending was a much more effective end.

I couldn't have them spend their final day alone. Because, in the end, they'll be together or at least trying their hardest to get to one another.

Giles was a lot of fun to write.

One day became the last day. That was a nifty twist! I liked that they wanted to share their last hours together, and Angel sought her out. The last hour was perfect - no chance of perfect happiness, of course - and really, what else would they rather be doing?

Muhahahaha, I ended the world! Though I am planning to write fluff for the next challenge. :)

It kinda killed me to only give them an hour, but look at it this way, they've got an eternity with one another in Heaven.
