You can still sign up. We don't have a lot of people for this round and I posted late so you're good. The "rules" are just copy and pasted each month. :)

I see what you mean and I understand your concern. I'm severely behind on posting winners so I can't say for sure if that icon won anything, but I will make an announcement to the community reminding them to use only original work.
