I am feeling mostly human again after my show. My apartment is cleaned up for the most part and last night I enjoyed making corn chowder and sitting back with a glass of wine before getting down to some creative times

This sounds good: it sounds like you've blasted through the sort of artificial ranking-based kind of self-confidence we develop through grading, and into something more stable and genuinely grounded in a true sense of your skills and abilities. That kind of self-confidence is much more mature because it doesn't survive totally based on competition with others.
I know what you mean. For me, comparing myself to people at work has been the most damaging. I don't feel as smart as anyone who's done graduate studies, I'm sitting at reception, I'm "not qualified" for their jobs...
On the other hand, I fix their numerous spelling mistakes and my memory can be scarily good even when I'm not trying.
