thats all i have to say. i went with sean on a 5 mile bike ride around the manasqun resevoir and it killed, like i swear i nearly died. im better now except for my knee...which hurts because sean decided we'd go down a path he'd never been down before which had giant tree roots and caused me to smash me knee into the handlebar...so ow. ok im done
