Jodie will die. I have never been in so much pain in my life. I keep popping aspirin, but I might as well be eating tic tacs for all the good it's doing me. I can't move. Seriously. Oh my God. I'm sure I haven't--she just sort of jumped into the psychotic workout and didn't stop. As for stretching now, I think it's a grand accomplishment if I can walk three or four feet, let alone trying to raise my arms above my head. And, yes, I do realize that one needs to be a little sore afterwards (otherwise, what would be the point?), but there is a big difference between that and dreading the mere action of sitting upright. Ouch. Ah well. It shall pass...I sincerely, fervently hope.
