It was an amazing week in poetry beginning with Joel's feature Monday night and followed by a Win and You're in Slam where I got to try out a new poem, Rose Smith's fantastic feature at First Draft and it all ended last night in Cincy with a show by the Whirlwind Company. Mindy Nettifee was infact as promised an amazing poet and a super sweet

I think I have my set for WOW (2 minute, 4 minute in particular), I perform the poems and they go way over the time or under the time i I had them pegged in practice. I gotta workworkwork.
Of course now, I'm sick, so my head already hurts :P
