The last couple years aside I had gone YEARS without ever going to or needing to go the doctor. I was a pretty healthy kid-I got the occasional ear infection that required a quick trip to Children's Hospital (as it was essentially right behind our house)for bubblegum flavored medicine and that was that. My mom has always been big on teaching us
