It's always fun and exciting when you see a police officer walk past your front/back door. (I only have one and it's a sliding patio door. Strange, but true.) I hope everything's OK and I'm not living with any axe murderers on the one hand and that none of my nice neighbors are in trouble on the other hand.

there is a old Russian joke about what is true joy. One man says a fine woman, another says a new car, the 3rd says true joy is when the KGB kicks in your door at 3AM knocks you to the floor and asks "ARE you Ivan Invonivach" and you can say "no he lives next door"
