So there's a dude that live across my back courtyard who uses the back stairs to hang out on/ smoke/ be generally creepy on. He just hangs out there for overly long periods of time to smoke a cigarette or two - and then proceeds to hack up a lung and loosen his phlegm and then spits it down into the courtyard
