I am feeling pretty down today. I don't know if it is just the weather or if it's just that everything is piling up again. Work.... stuff is getting pretty stressful b/c of a lot of things... socially they are pretty fun, I get along with everything and i'm making a lot of friends.... however if I dont' get my training done in the next few weeks I' ( Read more... )

Bubble Baths always help :) But seroiusly, this is what i do when i am really stressed: Make a list in the morning of exactly what needs to be accomplished, like even doing the dishes or putting away your clothes or going to the store- even naps! The list will at first look overwhelming, but as you start to do them, check everything off. As soon as you finish, throw the paper away and DO NOT think about anything that needs to be done the next day or even after that. It gives you a sense of accomplishment when you throw the paper away and you feel more at ease. You might even want to put times into your schedule... leaving enough time at the end of the day to do whatever you feel like doing. Here is an example of my list for today ( ... )
