My choral director who has been telling me that she has everything under control, came to me today and told me that there are three songs she still has not taught

Uggh, I feel your pain. I could not get a choreographer on Bunnicula because I left the hiring to the diva. He flat lied to one about how many songs there were. I finally got someone 3 days or so before tech.

Three songs in three weeks. It's doable.

You may need to be very present through that process, though.
