well i dont like to hear that i dont control what happens to me and then again you hear "god has a plan" but i still think we make many of the choices that get us to wherever we are goin to end up.

I am really glad you brought this up because I have been having a lot of touble with this myself. I am a christian well atleast I thought I was and then I found myself to be doubting. They say od has a plan for us, and he knows everything we are going to do but then they say god gave us free will. If God knows every thing we are going to do, and he knows that we are going to do it than it is planned before we even do it, and we really dont have a choice. I am not sure on this one.

i find myself often thinking the same way

my mom makes me go to ccd and all that, but i dont think im really devoted to god as ppl say i should be. i dont like the idea that god knows whats going to happen.. becasue everyone fucks up royally at one time or another, and we have only one life to live (according to catholocism) but he lets us make those big mistakes anyway to "learn from it"... well, if there is only one life, and we do learn from it- what would be the point of we dont have another chance at things... ya know? so if we've only got one shot, and for one reason or another its planned we're gonna mess up... idk, i think thats wrong... but w/e im getting waaay to into this lol

well we learn what to do if we're faced with making a wrong decision again.. i mean.. u could make a mistake and then be faced with something similar later in life.. and also if ur kids are faced with it.. or friends or family.. u can help them thru cause u've learned from it when u made that mistake... i dunno if that made sense to anyone else
