Hi,

I was absolutely amazed at the beautiful job you did on "Elphy's" costume and makeup. I'm doing a "Wicked" Halloween party this year, and if my costume and makeup come out half as well, I will be very happy. I assume that you are a theater major? Mehron's stage makeup is I think the best.

BTW, I went to Michigan in Ann Arbor (please don't hold that against me LOL)

Is there a way that I can contact you for costume suggestions? (A seamstress I am not)

Best,
~ M

M,

Thanks for the generous compliments, I'm happy that other people like the costume. Actually, I'm an advertising major, but Halloween is my favorite holiday. I really go all out. This year I'm planning to be Tim Burton's idea/ vision of Sweeney Todd.

I have to agree, I happen to think Mehron is the best for makeup. I used their Paradise AQ line for the green which ended up being so much easier to get my hands on than the MAC PRO Landscape Green pigment they use on stage for Wicked.

Contact info is makows14@msu.edu. I'm available for costume suggestions and solutions. My last two costumes before Act 2 Elphaba were Professor Snape and Velma Kelly from Chicago, respectively. I promise not to hold it against you about going to U-M. :)

Cheers,
Sara
