Amanda and I were talking about this and there are several options if you want to keep Annie. First off, you can get a shock collar that will shock her every time she barks. They are relatively cheap and they don't hurt her they will just startle her or you could get the one that emits a high pitch noise (like only she could hear it high) when she barks. And then secondly, read Cesar Millan's books. He is the dog whisper from the national geographic channel and he is AMAZING!!! Scout was acting out because she was feeling like she wasn't sure who her pack was anymore (which could also be Annie's problem given she is in a new place with a new pack (ie you) ) and this book has helped so much in getting Scout to behave better.
